Our goal is simple: if something isn't right, we make it right.

1. How this works with our closing-sale pricing

Every piece in our closing sale is priced at $0.00 — you only pay the shipping fee ($29.90 for one or two pieces, plus $14.95 for each additional piece from the third onward). Because the merchandise itself carries no price, a refund applies to the shipping fee you paid, not to a product price.

2. Eligibility for returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Used or damaged items are not eligible. Returns sent back without prior approval cannot be accepted.

Also final sale: any item listed on the product page as final sale.

3. How to request a return

Email contact@amiraandyusuf.com before sending anything back. We will confirm the return address and instructions.

If the item arrived damaged, defective, or wrong, we refund your shipping fee in full and you keep or return the piece at our discretion — your choice. If you simply changed your mind, return shipping is at your own cost, and the original shipping fee is non-refundable, since it reflects the actual cost of getting the piece to you.
