Shipping Policy

Where we ship from

Orders are fulfilled by our production and logistics partner and shipped internationally.

Shipping fee

Every piece is $0.00 — the closing sale covers the cost of the jewelry itself. You only cover shipping: $29.90 for one or two items, plus $14.95 for each additional item from the third onward.

Processing and delivery times

Orders are made ready and dispatched within 2 to 4 business days, then arrive within 4 to 8 working days. These are typical end-to-end times and vary by destination.

Tracking

Every order is shipped with tracking. You receive a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel leaves our facility. If you have not received it within the dispatch window above, email contact@amiraandyusuf.com and we will look into it.

Address accuracy

Please check your delivery address before confirming. We ship to the address supplied at checkout. Parcels returned to us, or lost, because the address was incomplete or incorrect are not our responsibility and reshipment is at your cost.

Delays outside our control

Carrier delays, customs inspections, strikes and weather are outside our control and are not grounds for a refund of the shipping fee. If a parcel is confirmed lost by the carrier, we reship it at no extra cost.

Customs and duties

International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes set by the destination country. These are not included in the shipping fee and are the customer's responsibility.
